Air Travel:
The Sacramento International Airport is the most convenient airport to the conference location.  Discounts have been negotiated with American Airlines for up to 5% off air travel to and from this conference, where applicable.

American Airlines: Call American Airlines Group and Meetings Travel at (800) 433-1790 and reference the Authorization Number A4637AM.  Reservations can be seven days a week between 5:00 a.m. and midnight, Central Standard Time.  Discount rates, if applicable, are good from March 25-March 31, 2007.

Ground: Transportation:
For those interested in renting a car for the conference, discounts are available through AVIS Car Rental. Contact AVIS directly by calling (800) 228-4341  ext. 1440 or by logging on to: Avis Rent A Car Website and reference AWD: J658496. If making air travel arrangements through American Airlines, allow American Airlines to arrange your AVIS car rental and discount for you.
